when the alchemist event show in the castle gate you have to find the formula or ingregents in robber Barron castle the higher the lvl the more change to get it !!!!!!!!!

Increasing Public Order don't increase Building speed, only recruitment and production speed.

its depend on your lvl how fast to recuit
