Topic: [78367] Who can have Kinsguard units ?

There's one guy from a little alliance who attacked a castle with 156 Knight of the Kingsguard and 107 Bowman of the Kingsguard.

This alliance don't have a capitol.

So my question : how he got those units ?

(i have screenshot of the report battle in case he's exploiting some bug)

You don't have to be in an alliance to use them, you have to be in an alliance to recruit them, if you join an alliance with a capital, then recruit 500 of those and leave, you will still have them, or, in the thorn king's event you get kingsguard units as reward.

Ok, so i can switch alliance just to have those units ?
