I was looking at the dwellings and then it said lvl 11.

This was never announced in the announcements.

Can somebody tell me why?

I think its from the storage update but im not sure.

is part of the architect event update. basically the architect event come along sometimes like the travelling knights and you can upgrade some buildings like stone quarries and guard houses to a new lvl.

SuperLeo, there's no need to post the same thing twice. And you're wrong, anyway.

Dwelling level 11 comes from the architect/storage update, so you were correct. It is a building that is available only when the architect appears. While the buildings themselves weren't announced, the event was, and the names of the exact buildings were mentioned at least once by me alone in the official discussion thread. There was also a criticism thread about how dwellings lvl 11 have made townhouses less valuable (even with townhouse lvl 11). So you should have done a search, or a more thorough one.

I believe the other buildings are:

• Townhouse lvl 11
• Guardhouse lvl 4
• Stone quarry lvl 10
• Woodcutter lvl 10
• Marketplace lvl 6
