People whenever i click a castle there are options like epsonage, attack, info, etc. But there is no option like support for members other than alliance members and sword brothers. Y is it so??(

You can only send support to another player if you are in the same alliance.

helping other members...Member refer to ally , it do not include Sword Brother...u can always help members
u should say helping other players... which should exclude ally members
u can help others in the following ways
give some resource to him ...free of charge
or
trade with him by exchanging some resource...u help him, he help u....
if u want to help a player who is under-attack
there is 2 way,
Method A: invite to your ally, use "support"
Method B: attack the 1 who attack that player..... good luck to u if u choose that way

This is a war game, is not about helping (or is about helping members of your alliance and not the others). The other players are all possible targets.
