I know that you can't have more than one account, but can you access your account from from serveral places? For example: Could access my account from home and somewhere else, or is that not allowed?

Of course you can do that! Many people play from home and work, on their tablets and lap tops. As long as YOU'RE the one playing and not having someone else take care of your account.

What happens if (This is a worst case scenario) You are playing at the library. When you leave someone else starts playing at the library, on the same computer.

The best thing to do is not play at the library and you should have your own log in at the library. (I think)

Unless they decide to change your password and take over your account, not much. If they just play for a little bit, then log off for you, GGE's not going to know you weren't the one playing.
So back to the original question, yeah, you can play on different computers, I do it all the time at school. But just to clarify one of your statements, you can have more than one account, they just can't both be in the same world. I have one account in International 2, and another in USA 1, and that's perfectly alright.

Nothing, because you log off before you leave. And the chances of the next person after you wanting to play the same game as you (especially one as small - no offense GGS - as this) are extremely small.
