Where do i look to hire a new wood cutter?

When you have entered your castle and see your buildings, look at the bottom right corner of the screen and find "construction menu", it's the third icon from the left. Click it and the woodcutter is the second building.

This only works in the main castle or in outposts with the wood icon, it does not work in food/stone, stone/food outposts.
