I'm facing up against someone I think is a multi account player. I would like to present the evidence to y'all, see what you think, and get advice on what to do next.
I think this is a multi account player becuase:
1: all action from this alliance comes at the same time. I had 10 Fire Spys come at me. 5 came in one wave, 5 came in the next wave 24 hours later. I timed it our with my spys and all were launched at the same time. (note: I don't know if there is research to make spys move faster, but all members of this alliance are lower level then I am, and I don't have the research tower yet.
2: Only one player of this alliance was hit by me. i have spoken to 3 of them and all have have said (to the effect) ' You attack ME, my alliance will strike back' I though it was odd they all thought I had attacked them, personal-like.
3: This alliance has a set of numbers in their name, lets call it 'Alliance123' All members of this alliance also have that same set in their name (player123, Mark123,ect). I know you can change your name with rubies, but it costs ALOT of them to do so.
So, thats why I think this is a multi account. What do y'all think? And where do I report it?

Does one player can be registered three times and have three nick, three main castle? Does it allow the rules of the game? I'm in the alliance had one of those.

As stated in the rules and repeatedly on the forum, it is AGAINST THE RULES to have MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT IN A SINGLE SERVER. If you think you have proof of multi-accounting (preferably in the form of a screenshot), send a message to support attaching any relevant files. Support will then take action, usually banning all but one of the accounts.
If you yourself have more than one account on the same server, contact support and ask them to ban one of the accounts. If you don't, you will be discovered eventually.
If you play on the same server as another person in your household (sister, brother, father etc.), contact support and tell them this so they know not to ban either of you. Otherwise you may be found out and one of you may get banned even though you've done nothing wrong.
So Samko, you should tell support about the 3 accounts owned by one player.

If this wasn't against the rules, people could have one account purely to send resources to the other or to lose attacks and win the main account honour or glory. Or, as stated by the OP, they could use all of their accounts to gan up on a single player. It's against the rules because it's unfair to the people who play nice.

are you sure it is multiaccounting?I know a person in www2 named alphanet1,alphanet2,alphanet3,alphanet4 etc.but it was proved to be different people just having the same name to identify eachother get it?Also you should report because from information recieved so far it seems it is multiaccounting.

Well, for your first reason, that doesn't point out of multi accounts, my alliance and I have done "mass sabotages" also. For your second reason, thats 50% 50% to me, maybe its a typo, maybe not. And for your third reason, yes I think that would be multi account, but maybe not. Like my player name is Lord Harith and I told my friend about this game, he named his castle Anti- Harith as a joke. But I think you should be more evedince before contacting support.

What if there is a player (I'll change his name to genius7101), who has a castle approximately 7 units to his left called genius7103 and another castle approximately 9 units to his right called genius7102.
I didn't report him because I didn't think the evidence was substantial enough, just wanted to know what you guys thought.

wouldn't they pick their own name, even if they are brothers or friends? this topic always cracks me up. Send their information to support and they will check into the situation.

I got my brother to start playing this today but now I cant get into my account. When we start the game it just goes to his account. any ideas? I have sent an inquiry to support asking for help.

Click on the 'X' in the top right corner of The Game, not the browser.
Then you can log into your account from there

You could request to become a branch of the alliance you want to join, or a sister alliance. Ask the leader of the alliance if you could do that, even if that means becoming a general and letting a member of their alliance become the leader.
