How do I move resources around between the main castle and my outposts.

Go to the world map, and click on the outpost/castle you want to send resources to, click on resource transport, and select the castle you will send the resources from, then the resources you want to transport, and done.

as far as i remember

u need a market in castle/outpost

market in castle allow u to have barrow to move resource out ---> e.g. to your outpost
market in outpost allow u to have barrow to move resource out --> e.g. to your castle
