Writing from DK - so excuse my english.
I am supposed to build a castle in an outpost, but I keep getting the message that I don't have a bailiff - how do I go about getting a bailiff??(

You cannot build a castle in an outpost, that's not possible. Could you clarify on what you're trying to build?
