i am a lvl 15 a lvl 47 has threatened too attack me can he? if he can im going too be wiped out...........

He can attack you. The things you can do are: 1. open your gate when his attack comes.
2. ask him not to attack you.
3. ask another level 47 or higher if they can help you against this guy attacking you.

I think they can, he would lose honor though. What did you do to make him wanna attack you?

if u can win, leave your army in town

if not, send them to outpost or other ally member, recall after hit...last moment to send out

either build hideout to store resource or send resource out to outpost
leave a empty castle for him

becos of the level difference, his next hit..possible after 18 hours later or even more

it is possible that because of the level difference, he can't even attack you at all. I am level 40, and i have a level 9 close to me, and i am unable to attack it, because of lvl difference

No, it's because players under Lvl. 10 have a new protection rule: If you are more than 5 levels above them, you cannot attack them, as of about 3 weeks ago.

your first problem is that you have over 700 honor. that means that it is possible that the lvl 47 could gain honor from attacking you. just lower your honor. it might help

It would be very difficult, I can't even attack a Lvl. 30 with 550 honor, and I'm only Lvl. 34. but I do have 1260 honor... does the level 47 have any honor?
