Will joining an alliance boost stats like PO, Production,
Building Costs in an individuals Castle?

I did a search for this but found nothing, if someone
has a link or knows of one pls post it here?

No, but there are upgrades such as Support Speed, which can increase Alliance Support up to 290% .
Alliances can offer protection, though.

Nope. There are alliance "perks" like increased speed for support, attack, and market barrows, as well as a looting bonus against members of alliances you are at war with(all these must be bought with resources/rubies donated to the alliance), but nothing like what you described.
