Topic: [78658] How, or when, are seige tools available?

I am relatively new to this game, and have managed to win several victories, accomplish a few assignments and reach level 9 so far, but I can't move on now until I build some seige tools. The problem is that the seige tools are not yet available in my defence workshop. Does anyone know at aht level they will be available? Or, is there some other way to open them up in the workshop, or obtain them elsewhere?

you cannot obtain those tools from any other place more than the workshop, I don't remember which levels you need to unlock them I think it was around level 17 for level 2 workshops, and level 37 for level 3 workshops.

Do you have a siege workshop?
