How do you get the architect's pavillion to work. I tried clicking everywhere on his image without any luck; i tried upgrading my woodcutter to level 10 but nothing special happened. How exactly do I take advantage of his arrival?

If you have those buildings the achitect is offering at the maximum normal level, you can see the green arrow when you click a building allowing you to increase it to the next "architect" level.
If you have a level 9 woodcutter, click on the building and you will see it have an upgrade available.
If you have a level 9 woodcutter, click on the building and you will see it have an upgrade available.

our woodcutter max level is 9
but when architect pavillion..a special architect
he will allow us to upgrade 1 more level to level 10

yes, and the same applies to the other buildings he is offering to upgrade

bakery to level 5
Flour mill to level 4

or
do u mean ..
some strucure's max level can only be upgrade when that architect present ??

Yes only when he is around, the Woodcutter and stone quarry can be upgraded to level 10.
The market place to level 6.
The guardhouses to level 4.
And the Dwellings and town house to level 11.
only those buildings have that option.

I still don't get it. I am on woodcutter level 9. The architect's pavillion is offering upgrade to level 10 free of charge. I have tried it in my main castle and outposts where woodcutters are sitting at lower levels, but am being charged as per usual. Can anyone enlighten me?

It means that you don't have to pay him for letting you do the upgrades, you still have to pay wood and stone to upgrade you are just not paying the architect anything extra. You dont have to pay the architect rubies or stone and wood on top of upgrading. Make sense?

The architect should stay for 1 or 2 days because non ruby players cannot get the benefit of the architect event. I gave the woodcutter to upgrade to level 10 and it took 11 hrs and before my upgrading is completed the architect just vanished.

No, you can upgrade only the buildings wich he has offered you to upgrade!

This architect thing really TICKED ME OFF!!!!
As soon as I got the resources to my ops to upgrade the market the architect left!!!
Can we get a heads up of when he will be here please!! That way I can have my resources ready

I totally agree!! I didnt even have time to get my resources to my ops to do the upgrades

I got one woodcutter done in winter and then 30 min. later..... he will have to come a ton of times before I can upgrade everything.
