i have an objective to Build Tower Level 1...not able to find it..under which construction menu does this come???

They are in your walls, not in any construction menu, check the walls there are like some square spaces, in those you can build towers.

At the walls you can see some pillars. These are Towers. Sometimes a Tower can hide behind the Keep

Clic on the tower/the corner then you can uppgrade to a tower.
