ok - this is a follow up to a posting I dont see in the forums anymore - I bought a package - asked how long until gems arrive and was told I dont get any right away but have to wait a week...
1st of all it doenst mention that anywhere when you pay for it...
2nd of all - it has now been a week and still nothing

please fix this.

u do not use your credit card quite often ??
your credit has problem...

they need to check...

just like paypal
if your paypal do not have sufficient money
they cannot withdraw the exact value out
paypal need 1 week to draw money from your linked account

then they ask u to wait 1 week becos it is money transfer between your bank and paypal

some credit card..they have fauld problem...they may even ask u to validify with some agent b4 sending u rubies

i believe it is money processing time
they accept your request
and aks u to wait 1 week due to money transfer issue
after that, they will send u rubies

i know that issues b4
i always pump my paypal account b4 doing any purchase
as far as i know

1. my paypal has sufficient $$, i pay, rubies arrive instantly
2. my paypal do not have suffficent $$ to pay, i use other method which i pay instantly, rubies also arrive instantly

do not blame them,
they do not receive your $$$, they a on the way, they cannot give u rubies until they actually get $$$

payment was sent and received (its on my visa statement) - they only send out gems 1 time a week on the package "heap of gems" and not the first week...

this is not a payment issue.

It's a scam, i havent got any jems as well.
