How can I make my own alliance? is it okay if you have already an alliance and make an alliance yourself pls help!!;(

Yes, you can leave your alliance and create a new one.
Alliance button > Management > Leave Alliance
Alliance button > Management > Leave Alliance

Once you have left, click on the alliance button again and it will give you the option to create one.
