Topic: [389679] King Ludwig in tavern gives generals?

For the past few times when I have clicked on King Ludwig in the Tavern to claim my free draws I have seen an image of one of the Generals come up - first time I thought "Great, I get extra instances of the general so I can assign them to more commanders" but, no, that does not appear to be the case. So can you tell me what this is meant to represent please?

It means you collected enough shards to give this general a star.
Every star allows you to add 10 more levels to the general.
