Trying to buy rubies so that I can complete the pieces the for the knights relic so that I can receive 160 knights. I already missed out on the *** bonus yesterday. PLEASE HELP ME OUT OR I'M NEVER GIVING YOU MY MONEY!!!

Do not blame it on my card, because my card work perfectly fine. It's your problem goodgames!!!!!!!!!! Now fix the problem before my 5 hours is up and I'll be happy!

Now i'm really annoyed!
Paypal still not working so decided to try phoning up instead, after 2 minutes on the phone being charged I come off and see I have NO RUBIES credited to my account!
This needs fixing now as you are stealing from your customers.
Have sent a support ticket in and expect this to be sorted.

By writing a support tickey yourself, chances are you will be compensated.
That's the best thing you did there.

I tried to purchase rubies today, but it denied me, it said there was error, and put up some long number, that i couldnt read becuase it redirected me.
And when i went to check my account info (to see what it said) it said in the description of the transaction. "restricted country". (saying as to why the transaction didn't work)

I recently went to buy two transactions of 2.99 of rubies,
I did receive the rubies, and the payment looked like it was
holding, but now when I look today on my online banking,
it did not show up.

Hi Mikeb2593,
WE don't tend to discuss payment issues over the forum, it should really be done in private.
In this case though if you got the rubies you should speak to your bank since the payment must have gone through.

I have tried to buy rubies on my credit card.
Every time it says that I should enter a valid card number.
I have checked it several times, and it is the correct number.
But it is not a international credit card, but a DANKORT which is valid everywere in Denmark.
Is that the reason why I cannot buy rubies??

So , you can see the discount right , +75% rubies , my father is trying to buy me rubies ( he has enough cash ) , but the transaction is denied , plz fix that . If anyone else has the same problem can you plz reply .
