You have that quest only once -_-
When you finish it you can always collect more coins and troops
point of that quest is to show you how to collect coins and rescut units

well, the tax collecting quests usually reappear (amount increasing), so level up and you'll probably get more chances to earn rewards.
as for the recruiting quests, once you unlock better troops by upgrading your barracks at higher levels, you'll get more of those quests as well. but remember, for troop recruitment, each quest only appears once!

Oh, right. I thought the OP meant that they literally disappeared without him/her completing the quest.

I'm sorry - I don't understand your logic. How does being a high level make any effect on whether or not the bug should be reported to support? And surely this should be the other way round, if anything - this series of quests end when you are a higher level, not when you are a lower level.

Same here, I'm confused as to how this type of quest works... hopefully I don't get this problem! xD

What happens is:
You get a quest to either recruit troops and produce tools or collect enough coins from taxes.
You earn rubies, and some resources and rubies.
Eventually, the quests run out - there are no more left that you haven't completed.
I don't understand what the problem is.

No, no, no, sry for not making myself clear, but I completely understand how the quest itself works - I'm high level, not a noob. ;D
What I'm wondering is why quests running out is a bug. Was it designed to be like that? Or is it supposed to be neverending?
Bob and Delta, you two have conflicting ideas (and not connecting to the other's points) - I'm quite confused...

I'll explain what's happened.
You didn't explain properly what happened (I'm not trying to make you feel guilty, but I need to say that or you won't understand what went wrong).
Delta thought that there was a bug causing quests to disappear. I thought that the quests had run out. We both responded based on what we thought had happened.
You have now told us that the quests have indeed run out. Therefore, my response was the one you should pay attention to.
The quests are meant to run out. It was designed like that. It would be impossible for them to be neverending - GGS would have to literally have to have someone sitting at a desk making an infinite amount of quests, and as anyone with an understanding of what infinity is knows, that is not possible.
Now, I bet someone is going to say "but delta is mod. he knows u doesnt", so I've pre-prepared a response for that (:P):
While Delta is a moderator, this does not prove anything. We all make mistakes, and this is one of his/her mistakes. Besides, board moderators are not somehow superior to me or any other regular member. In fact, most of us know just as much as the BMs do. This applies with just about any hierarchy.
For instance, Obama does not necessarily have a better idea of how to run America than anyone else does. It is extremely likely that there is someone out there who would have done a better job. While he may be doing a better job than most people could do, he is not perfect.

Yea, ok... frankly I did NOT know what was going on, thats why I said I was confused and needed clarification.
So ty for the extremely detailed response... (and out of curiosity, at around what amount do the tax collecting quests end?)

The level depends on how fast you complete them, so I can't say a level. I'm not sure what amount, but I think the last few are all tax quests, and they were taking me just over a day each, so I would guess around 50,000 coins. My guess could be way off, though.
