I lost 27 coins of taxes because i collected them late because of server maintenance. A refund would ge just great, thanks.

Yeah, you are right, 27 coins pales in comparison to the bigger problem that I see now.
One of the Quests i was working on got reset completely.
It should show 3 castles looted, and over 1500 loot but it's just 00000s after server maintenance.

How DO you write support?

27 coins, oh nooo... poor you... are you lvl 1, lol =D, what happens when you are lvl 40 and you lose 2000 coins

ya and stop complaining that you lost a few coins If it is above 2000 then it is a problem and now you know that you can contact support stop complaining like a little baby ok?

This thread was originally started because user lost coins due to server maintenance. Please note warning is given when hotfixes or updates are happening. It is unfortunate that you may lose coins due to being unable to collect on time, however bugs need to be fixed and new things implemented. There will never be a perfect time for everyone, however the these tend to happen in the morning and again the information can be found in the forum.
