I really think goodgames made this fail ON PURPOSE. If not what compensation we have for those 80 % who didnt get the offer ?
I have sent one ticket but for my little experience it will take 1 month for them to answer...
So moderator can you give us some light to what's happening to those who tried and didn't get this offer ?

Typical, 100% Ruby bonus comes on and does not work. they then send the shadow mercenaries, closely followed by the armourer and no-one has rubies. Out of decency to ruby players who actually spend money on this game, GGE should put the bonus on again and for a lot longer. Game of the year?

I was trying to get on the site to buy rubies during the offer like many other players. Is this your answer to the problem? It is working now, but sorry? Is the offer going to be repeated to help compensate for all of us that tried to log on but were unable?

GOOD GAME STUDIOS. I'M OUT OF RUBIES AND I'M NOT BUYING A SINGLE RUBY UNTIL I GET ANOTHER 100% BONUS. It's that simple. I don't understand why that is do difficult really. It's not like you need to write new code or change the game. It's already there. Give it back to us. I could be spending all kinds of money on this armorer and shadow mercs but it's not happening.

i know why the 100% bonus doesn't work now but there is no reason to do this there is no point in giving the offer i will never buy again unless it works you people are so devilishX(

I like many other tried to buy Rubies yesterday when the bonus offer appeared, yet like others could not access website, what is happening with this as I have now had to buy some rubies to keep me going, I only wanted 32K yesterday will the offer be redone ?

As all of you on this thread are aware we had a serious issue with the shop servers on Saturday at the same time as the 100% prime time offer. This was caused simply because the servers were overloaded due to the high volume of traffic and obviously it was not our intention for them to crash at the start of the offer. I understand many of you are upset about the issue and i offer my apologies on behalf of Goodgame Studios.
So, what are we going to do about it? Well, i can now confirm that there will be another 100% prime time offered soon. We will not be announcing the time and date before the event (just as we do not announce any of them) but do keep your eyes open in game for it!
