So ive been hit a total of 3 times with the missing troop glitch, first emailing support on 8/24, after the loss of 600 traveling knights, then again on 8/28 when i lost 251 vets+ tools, this does not include the 630 troops i had lost prior to these instances (thats 1481 troops for those of you counting at home) and after seeing an alliance mate get his troops back after two days, i had hoped for a relatively quick resolution, however i havent seen a peep from support. does anyone know how long it takes? im at the point where im about to give up on buying rubies at this point

Support are currently working on requests from on or around the 22nd August. If your first request was sent on the 24th then they should get to it shortly.

thank you. i had assumed there was a backup, didnt realize it was that long of a backup. also didnt want to email in again and clutter it up even more than it already is by sending more emails, but was hoping for a status update which you gave,
