Ive payd so that i should have rubies for six weeks and every week there should come this is week two and no rubies? whats wrong??
Hope it has some explanation or i just have to quit this game

Next time I would suggest getting the normal package for the same amount of rubies all at once. Plus you get a resource bonus. And you can also get the package with up to a 100% ruby bonus and get twice as many rubies. The 6 week deals just aren't worth it.
