Hope I have posted this message in the correct place

Yesterday I used the in-game support questionnaire to report missing troops. At the bottom of that screen it states that ‘We've also e-mailed you a copy of your question’

I have not received an email acknowledgement for the message i sent yesterday.

Did Support receive the messages that I sent yesterday?

Furthermore can someone from the support team post a message to indicate when everyone will get their missing troops returned. An approximate time scale would be very much appreciated.

i have got the same problem. No i can make a problem with support, but i don't recieve a email about the problem i have made. Pls support, tell us if you received the issue

no wait! Just a few min later i have got the email! Finaly it works!!!

I have had 3 tickets for missing troops from the 28th August STILL NO REPLY and no soldiers. RUBBISH SERVICE
And i have already explained to you the reasons for that.

I had the same problem, I mailled support using their webpage (http://support.goodgamestudios.com/) yesterday and never got a confirmation email like I did for previous tickets. So I did the process again, didn't get an email for that ticket either.

Have just performed the process today (third time) and got a mail about 5mins later.

I just cant even get that far. Click send. button greys out and i get a timer/spinny thing . Left it going today while at work so has been spinning for over 8 hrs. not going through to support at all

I take it back apparently it did go through though I still can't/havent got as far as a message to say it had gone through. Just received email from support saying it would be looked into

I got a ticket today for the report i submitted this morning but i did not get one for the report i submitted yesterday.

Do I need to re-submit yesterdays report?


I'm sure you guys are trying to sort out these problems as quickly as possible.
