i post in the threat that i mist my troop no one did anything. i send an email to suppurt about the troops with pictures still didint get them back after a week. i didint mind losing around 120 troops but today i lost over 200 and im a bit angry. why is is still happening and why no one helps me to get them back i try emailing and everything but no replay back.

i know my troops didint die because it says that i won and no soldiers have been killed. they just didint came back to the castle.

can some one tell me exactly how i can get my troops back because custumer supports in no help at all.

Hi 3DGARAS,

I have already stated in the update thread that it is currently taking support more than 1 week to process the support requests. There are a lot of requests coming in at the moment and they are doing their best to get through them all but it does take time.

If you have contacted them they will get back to you as soon as possible.
