Well there are two that I know of for sure now since I own one of these things. Both of them are significant.
1. I've had a lot of HUGE capture attempts show up with only 10 minutes to spare. I have a level 2 watchtower and I don't think 10 minute warning were what you guys expected with it?
2. Support troops turning into food eating troops. I have 1000 of my own defenders at the capital. Any more and they would be eating too much food. But the soldiers that are supporting the castle from the alliance, are starting to show up INSIDE the capital eating the food. That 1000 turned into 2500 without me sending a single soldier. I have veterans that I could send back to my main castle and I don't even have veterans researched yet. So this is obviously a huge glitch that should probably be fixed.
Thanks
Malreyn? Pinky? Anyone care to comment on this? Pretty significant problem.

2. is not a bug. If you can send the troops from your capital to your castle then they are not support troops. I'm pretty sure any troops you send to the capital are transferred to the owner of the capital to help defend it, as you seem to imply. It's a bit stupid that you can get veterans this way without having researched them first, but I guess a) GGS were only expecting people with vet soldiers to be able to capture the capital (once initial chaos dies down) and b) the leader of the capital shouldn't be taking troops out of the capital.
edit - if you've had a LOT of capture attempts and are also receiving resources etc could it be you don't see the attacks because there is no space to show them? I've seen screens from owners of capitals with huge amounts of arows pointing to and from their capital, I can't believe the game is able to show all of these at the same time.

Thanks Helmer but that's not the case. We have roughly 20,000 defenders at this castle. They don't eat the capital's food supply or they sure wouldn't last long eating 48,000 food per hour. GGS has made some stupid decisions but I don't think they are that stupid.
And for the attacks I don't think that's the case. There were only about 4 attacks coming when it happened. Even if it was the case it should be fixed considering it cost me almost 20,000 rubies for the watchtower that doesn't work.

Seems kinda irrelevant. It would still come up as a warning the top left side of the screen when on any of his outposts of castles as well as on the travel overview - and if that's appears even once 10 minutes before the attack hits with a level 2 watchtower he clearly does have a point.

Hi MaJeStiic,
Theres really nothing i can comment on. If you're experiencing bugs then you need to contact support.

Well it would have been nice to know if I was correct that it was a bug or if you guys actually made it this way to make it impossible to defend. But thanks for your no help as usual. I already contacted support. Hopefully I can defend the capital for 3 months until they reply.

Quite honestly if you had actually looked through the forum or done a search then you would have already seen that the 1st item you listed is a known bug that already has a thread.

We do recommend looking through the forums before posting, perhaps you could have saved yourself some time if you had.

Still has nothing to do with the troop issue that I also posted here. Also a question that is still unanswered. I think some of you forget the hundreds of dollars we have spent on the support of this game and we still get bent over to your constant "oh we don't know contact support and wait a few months" babble. Maybe you should make a forum that you have to pay to look in where there are actual ANSWERS to questions that the CUSTOMERS ask. That way GGS can make even more money and the customers actually get some sort of positive treatment instead of getting walked all over like here in the forums?
Is there a search feature in the forums to find a place where you can get customer service? I'll definitely use that search feature. I get better customer service from a 9 year old when I'm buying lemonade for a nickel on the sidewalk.

Okay, let me put it this way. You posted in the forum asking for either CM Pinky or myself to respond, which i did. I have stated a number of times in different threads that we cannot fix the bugs over the forum. Right now i am not in the office so i do not have the oppotunity to access the bug tracking system or speak to the bug team to see what information is available for this, hence telling you to contact support. Even if i could give you information on it i wouldn't be able to do anything about it and you would still need to contact support.
I iwll try and talk to one of the development guys in the morning to find out about issue with the troops and the food, but i suspect it is supposed to be like that hence food producion being the only resource at the capital.
Regards,
Malreyn
I fail to see why you feel you are getting walked all over here. I have given you the only information that i have available at the moment and i am not able to do anything about the particular problems at this time, that is what the support department is for.Maybe you should make a forum that you have to pay to look in where there are actual ANSWERS to questions that the CUSTOMERS ask. If it was supposed to be like that then the 20,000 support troops that are stationed there should be eating the food too right? And I shouldn't be able to send veteran soldiers to my main castle from the capital when I don't even have veteran soldiers unlocked right? I can't imagine them making the support troops from alliance members eat food all of a sudden. And only a couple thousand of them..
And we feel like we're being walked on when we ask questions and all we get back is a dead end road called "support" that takes an eternity to do anything about anything. So forgive me for being a bit frustrated when I have paid hundreds into this game and I still can't get an answer other than "contact support".

Please can we stop this backwards and forwards, tthis constant posting is not actually solving the issue at hand. when CM Malreyn is in the 'office' in the morning and has contact with the bug team this will be looked into.
