after waiting since august 24th, i finally got my response back from support about my missing troops! AWESOME! ive been waiting foe quite some time and have lost a total of 1481 troops + tools to the glitch, but hey, stuff happens, lets see what support has to say about the detailed report i gave them including troop #'s!

"Thank you for your patience. We are very sorry for the late response. Unfortunately we have been receiving many tickets in the last few weeks and have not been able to answer all of the tickets individually. If you are still experiencing the same problem that you previously wrote about, please send a new ticket to support or just answer this message, restating your problem, and we will write back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience, while we work hard to correct these issues.

now...maybe im missing something here, but if you do nothing to get my troops back then how the heck am i supposed to have my problem solved. all the info is in front of you, why do i need to submit a new ticket or reply to this one? does GGE hire illiterate people? is this an automated response? im missing 1481 troops, a mix of travelling knights, vets, and 2h sword and heavy xbow, now finishing the second week of waiting on a response just to be told, hop into the back of the line again because _______. so frustrated with this game at this point. just getting my troops back wont be enough to make me happy. im done buying rubies (look at my account, ive spent quite a bit on rubies) just to be treated like this.

I'm lucky that This glitch didn't happen to me! I'm guessing they weren't lying about the fact that they like 500 billion other people screaming gimme my troops back. I HOPE eventually they will give you your troops back, or at least their worth in coins, and maybe a few rubies for all the time you've waited. That's my idea of what they SHOULD do, but take a look at jadet's comics, my hopes arent high.

the troops are of no use to me now ive rebuilt and wont be able to feed them, cant sit on my hands for 2 weeks hoping that troops magically appear. i speend 30-140 dollars a week on rubies. this is what i get

I many of you are aware the missing troops were/are a major bug and therefore due to being inundated with emails, and each one being dealt with in turn, it has taken longer than usual to rectify individual issues.

(if you were 3rd in the queue would you appreciate the 50th person jumping in front of you? I think not)

i understand that completely.
what frustrates me is that a detailed message explaining the situation I'm asked, two weeks later, to resubmit my ticket if the problem persists. since they did not give the troops to me, clearly, the problem is persisting. asking me to resubmit after 2 weeks is like asking the man who is third in line, to run back to the end of the line behind the other 50 who got there after him. i cannot comprehend the logic. if i have to wait another two weeks, thats fine, but id honestly expect silence up until then, not be asked to resubmit if the problem persists

I received the same message after waiting 11 days. Where the problem is Bunzy, is that we submitted our tickets just like we were asked. Waiting for our turn patiently just like we were asked. And when our turn came up, we received a generic form letter. This email solved no problems. This whole time we were told, submit a ticket and your troops will be returned. Clearly not the case. Also, the email said "If you are still experiencing the same problem that you previously wrote about, please send a new ticket" WE ALL KNOW ITS STILL HAPPENING. And if we submit another ticket and wait 2 weeks NOTHING will be done about it. Support literally brushed us under the rug after we waited our turn, hoping we would go away and stop asking for what is due to us.

Bunzy, if you were 1st in line, would you appreciate being brushed aside and disregarded so that you may re-enter the line at 5,000? I think not. Please curb your sarcasm. This is clearly BS and you know it.

haha i have a second account on international one i have lost 100 plus macmen(level 11)really my real acconut international 2 i have had no problems!

i do hope GGS is look into this AND HELP PEOPLE OUT. Missing troops is a bad thing. I lost 840 soldiers because of this bug. Still hoping that GGS will give them back (just send the issue to support 2 days ago). I also spend a lot of rubies on this game ... so hope to get support helping me in getting the troops back. The gold it takes and also the time .... i don't mind to lose them in a war but with this bug ... it is not funny anymore.
So i hope that support just look good at there tickets, all the prove is in there... just send the troop back would be very nice (and i expect support would work like this).

Still: i am waiting patiently until support gives his reaction on my issue and i still have got good hope i will get a good reaction of support.

EDIT: sorry it did't read the last update of CM, i have remove a few lines. Thanks for you good answer!

Firstly I am not a CM, I am a BM.

This is the reason I asked for users not to detract from what has already been conveyed quite articulately but, to refrain from making this into some argument. Please read the thread from the beginning and see the flow of the thread rather than just adding your frustration to the incorrect thread.

I shall close this thread, as it has already been spammed twice (removed), and will as I stated bring up the matter of 'emails being requested again' and 'returned troops' in the morning when everyone is in the office.

Hi all,

I am aware of the issues here and had intended to post earlier on the matter. Fortunately Bunzy kindly reminded me of it.

I understand the frustration of now getting an email saying we want you to submit your ticket again, but it is perhaps not as bad as has been assumed here. If you replay to that message you got with complete details about what you are missing then it does NOT go back into the standard queue. Instead it goes directly to a new queue where it will be dealt with as soon as possible.

If you experience issues with support over this particular email please contact me directly and i will try to help.
