The 75% bonus is up (not even 100%) yet the store is down a second time.

For those of us who were here for both events,
enough is enough
We have waited for hours every single day not to miss the second 100% event after being here both times. We even exchanged phone numbers to not miss it because we need our alliance upgrades.

We want a one time voucher code from support to get a 100% bonus

id just be happy if there was a way to pay outside the payment site or something. maybe mail support for payment or some such. disappointed payday and a 75% sale pops up. that and the 100% sale not working the other day was a disappointment too but what are ya gonna do?

Having not been allowed to purchase rubies in the 100% offer, because of GGS server faults - I cannot believe that GGS has done it again - total incompetence.... I ordered my rubies, got thro to my paypal, then was directed back to GGS and "problem loading page".....

They had the same issue last time - They put the offer across ALL SERVERS at the same time.
During a WEEKEND when their tech guys aren't working.
And the server is clearly not upgraded.

Looks like they don't even care about our issues last weekend, that they don't mind repeating their mistakes this weekend.

Great way to lose customers GGS

The ineptitude exhibited by GGS is just unbelievable. First not being able to prevent troops from disappearing is inexcusable on a PVP based game. Now they cant even get their order page to function properly. There sole purpose in creating this game was to make money and they cant even do that right. Pa-Pa-Pa-Pa-thetic

Agreed, same problem here bad links. This is the only deal I'll buy on and have been waiting since the last Sat when the deal brought the store down again. Is there a voucher for those of us who'd like to take advantage of this deal?
