my coins have gone missing before my very eyes...
i had just over 3,900 coins and then all the sudden i had 147!
please help i need those coins, thank you

There are 3 possibilities that I can think of:
1. Someone entered your account and spent them. If you are 100% sure that you have NEVER given ANYONE your password, then it probably isn't this.
2. Someone hacked into your account and took them.
3. This is a bug.
If it is DEFINITELY not #1, then contact support and tell them what happened. Support should answer within 2 weeks. Do NOT, under any circumstances, send more than one ticket or you will slow everyone else down. I would also strongly recommend changing your password, in case someone somehow found it out, although this is optional and not mandatory.

Acutally BoBFighter forgot one option
4. You spent them.
I'll be honest, every time someone contacts support saying their rubies/gold has gone missing it is either because they spent them and forgot or, as was mentioned above, they gave their account details to someone else and they spent them.
