I just taken a food village in sand, and food consumption jumped to -2034 from -400. And now food will finish in 2 hours there is no time to send form main castle or ice X(

attack something to gain some food. or kill some of your men. either will work. that is solutions you can do alone. get your allies to send you food via market barrows

yep, it is fixed now but my allies saved me.
