I think this is a bug but I took a resource village in the sands and did not recieve the 400xp that they told me that I would get. The guy in return took it back after I had captured it. Do I have to have it so long or is it a bug and that I can still get my xp or do I have to recapture one?

I know at the moment some of the XP quests take a while to update. Even if you lost it again you should get the XP points. Take a screenshot of the battle report (the one where you won the village) and send it to support if you haven't received the XP points within a few days.

I am a total new player to this game, so I have to learn alot. But I did read something about having to control the village vor 24 hours, so it becomes really under your control. Did you do that to?

No, resource villages are different. You get to keep them straight away but they can be taken from you by anyone, anytime. Resource villages are not available in the great empire.

What you're talking about are outposts (these are available in the great empire). If you take an unoccupied one it's fine, but if you capture someone else's outpost you do need to keep it for 24 hours before it's yours.
