What are you doing!!! You make those capitals to divide some families because you think that those families ruin the game!!! And then when we didn't divide among our self now you stealing our armies!!! My 5 mans lost their armies on the way back to their castles!! Is that fair fight, i don't think it is!! If you cant make this game stable, then go on and make some free web sites, its much easy that keep running this game!!! I personal lost over 2000 soldiers due your bugs!!! And i think it is to much coincidence that all of this happening when two biggest families are in the war!!!! X( I pay to much to play this game, and now this is happening to me and my friends!!!! X(

Hi brastija85,
The bug with troops going missing was before the capitals update and, i'm assuming, this war you are talking about. If you have lost troops then all you have to do is contact support (i'm losing track of how many times i've posted that;)) and they will replace them for you.
Not quite sure what you mean by that statement, we don't force anyone to pay money at all. Obviously we like it when people do because it means we can continue to develop the game.

I and my members wrote to support many times and we didn't get our armies back!!! So i don't believe in that! I don't know who is responsible for the bugs, moderators, mappers or someone third, but that bug is a long time in this game!!! and yes, no one make me bought rubies, i want to bought them so i can be stronger and we can play this game.. yes that is the word play! We cant play it because our armies is missing, and this is war game! Hm, i think that is problem! So give some update to some one who is working on this bugs so they fix them fast because it gets annoying! Thanks!

I have posted updates on this matter many times, and whenever i get new information i always make sure it gets posted. If you have contacted support already then they will get to your request, but it will take time. If you contacted them more than 2 weeks ago but have not had a response then they most likely did not get you message.

Just wanted to mention CM that for a game of this sort GGE seems to have a massive amount of problems. I've played Tribal Wars and Travian (both with differing degrees of success, didn't want to pay and you don't HAVE to pay in this game if you want success, it just makes it much easier) however, they had zero problems like this. I was wondering if GGE would consider issuing a statement about why this game (vs others like it) seem to have such a massive problem with bugs, with reasons as well on why it's more complicated and harder to keep in order. (I'm already assuming it's more complicated...if it's not that's a massive problem and reflects very poorly on GGE...)

well this is a BETA game still, I think its pretty acceptable that have SOME bugs sometimes, but I also agree with you, GGE have more bugs than it should

I second you. They said they would put a patch in, that didnt work. I am also now a victim of the dreaded military bug (already sent issue to support). I think bug fixing should be the priority first. Once all the major bugs are fixed hopefully updating can resume. Just a suggestion and my two cents.

Beta yes...but a bug that persists long enough to start becoming a myth is a little ridiculous. And I definitely would agree to the slowing down updates and start fixing bugs; I'm sure players would play much more often and bring in many more friends were that the case...

That is always something I have questioned, why Goodgame Studios adds, updates all the time, without fixing some bugs, first? If they instead of doing an update for one week concentrate on fixing bugs people will be happy

perhaps if we all stop coming up with ideas in the suggestion forum and only say fix the bugs they might listen, rather than putting more updates in the game that make it have bugs. i have not been subject to military bug YET, (only the dissipearing coins bug, but tht seems to have gone away) and i would hope that before i do it would be fixed.

i lost my army 3 weeks ago and they replaced it this morning. remember to check your emails. they might have send you something through emails about replacing ur missing army

It is not GGS fault that some players want Capitals more then to have friends ...
IF you are going to attack your friendly alliance because of one stupid capital ,
then it is your problem , not GGS ...

When bugs like this disrupt a huge war, it's pretty annoying, does GGS want to make money through battles or not? These bugs are making people afraid to attack anyone.

Totally agree! Today I lost troops, and I will never attack again.. Only upgrade and build.. I lost troops for 4000 Coins.. Just wanished.. and now i cant buy new ones, so I have really poor defence!!

Yes, we know it is annoying and its not great when your troops go missing. We are doing everything we can to get the situation resolved, but it does take time.

Take a look at an extended stock chart for Zynga. They did and are still doing exactly the same style of cash-squeezing, bonus-teasing, update releasing, and bug-ignoring management and development system as GGE appears to be modeled after.
Business success in online gaming is shortlived if you do not take care of your players. Send the updates department on a cruise or something until the bug-fixing department catches up....lol

Yes, but you guys should make our troops come back faster! I have now allmost no defence, I have NO coins left.. Meaning, I can not attack = I dont get rescources, and i dont complete quests.. I am woulnerable because I have poor defence..
I have spent MANY hours on this game, and now my progress just stops..
This is poor respect of my hard earned spare time! Can you speed up the process of getting our troops back?! I cant wait 2 weeks, then everyone goes past me in level and upgrades.. and maybe destroy my city..

If there was a way to make them come back faster then we would already be doing it. the support team are working as hard as they can to get them back to everyone.
