Hi folks,
Honestly not sure how that could have happened since there is an actual ruby button that you have to click before it will charge you rubies. I've tried it out myself clicking on every possible part of the alchemist event and it hasn't charged me once.
Perhaps you can put the herb bag to good use!
Regards,
Malreyn

quite simply a bug. you guys have done this before. just because it hasn't happened to you specifically doesn't mean it isn't happening. I personally haven't had this happen yet there are multiple reports on this issue. Obviously the first key is to try to replicate the issue. Since you can not you need to rely on players to replicate it and give you more info.
everyone that has this issue must report it. This will not get fixed without reports. This will require them to look at some code for sure.
as for the put it to good use notion that is ridiculous if they didn't want to blow 150 rubies just to look at an event they shouldn't have to. For non ruby players this is a hell of a waste.

I am a non ruby buyer and this is a waste. I want these berries taken back and my rubies back!! We never wanted to buy these berries and we spent our precious rubies that we are saving up on these things that nobody needs!!

You report it, you will get your rubies back... stop wasting forum space and quit "emotionalizing"!! ;p
I made that word up - sounds nicer than "whining".
