I attacked a barbarian fortress and got no rubies! How does this happen?? I hope it's not another bug. I usually get 150 rubies but this time, I got nothing. If this is a bug or problem or error, I'd like these rubies given back to my account.

um you don't get 150 rubies every time. I have never gotten 150 everytime. you get it from time to time but not every single time.

I get it every single time. It doesn't show up in the fight log but it does when they are returning and I keep a close look on how many rubies I have.

well. you getting it every time may have been a bug because as far as I'm aware not everyone was recieveing this benefit. I certainly was not. I got the bonus once. Others talk as though they get the bonus occasionally as well by telling how many rubies they average per troop loss.

after looking at your acct. I don't see tons of rubies spent. I think you were just on a lucky streak and got 150 every time. that just isn't how it works. sorry to be bearer of bad news.

You DO it every time, I think you misunderstood Barbarian FORTRESS for Barbarian TOWER
um no i didn't barb towers don't pay out 150 rubies ever...
I have only gotten it once and I hit them close to 10 times a long time back.

I have attacked Barbarian Fortress 20 or more times and each time i got 150 rubies thats quite natural. I think it's a bug who dosen't get them!!

You definitely should get 150 rubies every time you attack a barbarian fortress. I think you guys missunderstood fortress for tower.

The rubies earned for the barbarian FORTRESS only display on the return journey - not on the battle report. If they didn't even appear on the return journey, I suggest contacting support if you haven't already.

Support is so slow right now that I won't even bother to send them a message. It's just 150 rubies. Just to tell you how slow they are, this is a message I sent them about my missing troops.
Please describe what you have lost.
I have lost an army consisting of exactly 125 traveling crossbowmen, 19 traveling
knights, and 188 marauders. This was the exact composition of the army after the
attack on a player called RDLLL in International 1 on Goodgame Empire.
When was your account still in order?
My account has always been in order. I haven't found any problems with my account not
being in order.
When did you notice that something is missing from your account?
I noticed that my troops were missing Tuesday 4 September 21:00 CET (German time)

I sent an army to attack a player and logged off to go to sleep before the attack
arrived since he is a long way away from me. In the morning, I quickly logged on to
see if I was successful and I was. I had a battle report showing what happened. The
army should have still been on it's way home according to my calculations but I don't
know if they had already dissapeared because I had no time to look on the map. This
was the morning of the 4 th of September. I later logged back on in the evening at
around 21:00 and saw that my soldiers were nowhere to be seen. They are still missing.
I sent you a message about this around 41 days ago (just after I found them missing)
but you still haven't responded and I still don't have my soldiers back. This is quite
a blow for me because I worked hard to get these soldiers and I couldn't participate
in the alchemist event and loads of other events. Also, my alliance is planning
organized attacks on other people and I can't participate. I really need these
soldiers soon please.
They haven't even answered yet.

Well I've waited over 43 days since my first message. Have they got my message or are they really busy right now. I really want to know if they are actually processing my request because if they're not, I'm going to give up on the game or something. My alliance is at war with Bad boys and I need my troops back. I know this is going off subject now. OOPS.

Yes, there were 216 marauders and I got them. It cost me like 280000 resources altogether. about 20 died in the fight and 188 were supposed to come back.

As has been pointed out the current turn around is about 10 days. If you have an unanswered request that is 43+ days old then support never got it. Did you get a support ticket number?

yes, I got an e-mail confirming my request about my missing troops with my text in it from support. It is ticket number 2012091510007391. My in game name is madperson in case you're wondering. I sent a request about 43 days ago and, thinking it had not been received, sent another one a few days ago. I hope my request is being processed because I've been without those troops for a very long time now and couldn't participate in numerous events including the alchemist and the spy's camp which could have got me a lot of rubies. I've also missed out on many alliance organized attacks and I am in trouble now since Bad Boys have declared war with STEEL.
