Hi,

There is a quest in Ice called 'Everyone does their part'

You have to donate 3600 coins and some stone. I have already donated the stone.

I was on a grass castle - went onto the quest book, clicked on the Ice section, clicked to donate the coins and it said something like 'you have to be in the correct kingdom' or whatever.

So I clicked on my ice castle and was going to donate the coins when I saw they had disappeared from when I clicked when in grass!

So yeah basically I am missing 3600 coins - Can I have them refunded asap please?

Excuse me, can a mod please reply to this? I've seen you posting on even more recent posts, I'd like an answer, or further instructions of that to do.

If you lose something or need something replacing on your account you need to contact support so they can investigate.

i lost like 10,000 coins i was saving them up because i was going to donate to my alliance but i logged on and they were all gone and i didnt do anything with them
