Hello, I have a problem to log in with my usual account because , i believe, i cancelled the cookies in internet explorer and doing so i cancelled also the browse histroy. So i was unable to automatically log in. When i tried the first page askd info about my name, email and password as a new palyer. Unfortunately i entered the informaation and now i have two account also in two different country ifi don't mistake. I tried (2/3 TIMES) to use the support email expalining the problem but i do not know if the email was correctly sent or not and i didn,t receive any confimation mail with the id ticket (usually this is the procedue). I am sorry but i spent time and money in this game having fun. I woul like to continue this way. Please do not let me down you wiill loose a good customer. A last sugestion why don't you use the QA to discover and improve bugs and problems on ypour website?

This isn't a bug, you just need to check you are trying to log in to the correct server/world.
