Topic: [77044] rubie payment not working and honour points disappearing after pc cut off

all morning i have been trying to access rubies to buy with sms the page wouldnt load after hundreds of attempts and then this afternoon due to powercut i was cut off and when ive come back to game my honour points have disappeared over half of them gone ;/

Hi lateecia,

Allow me to split this into 2 different points.

Firstly, the SMS payment page is not runby Goodgame Studios. If the shop is loading but the SMS payment option isn't, there isn't much we can do about that except report the issue to the SMS payment service provider.

Secondly, your honor wouldn't just disappear for no reason. It must have either been that you were attacked, you had attakced someoen that would cause you to lose honor or it had been losing the standard daily amount and you hadn't noticed.

hi thanks for reply , i emailed mopay no reply : ( and my honours were 202 then had power cut down to 87 had no attacks was gone literally ten minutes all attacks i have done today ive won and moved up a level and had my honour points just before powercut im pretty new to this game but thats never happened before thanx maleryn : )

Sorry Malreyn, but I think you've got it wrong. You only lose 2% of your GLORY every day. Honour remains the same and is reliant on successful attacks. Unless the update changed this game mechanic....?

i have a different kind of problem if i buy them with sms they charge the money but i don't get rubie's this has happend like 3times alreaddy can i take action and suw them or something ?

why isnt sms working im trying to buy rubies my alliance is in war im lvl 49 and i need to buy rubies but i cant do from sms for some reason plz tell me why
