Morning all,
I've had a look through some of these cases and in all of them the problem is not at this end. All the servers are up and running with no signs of any problems.
As has been posted before please make sure you have cleared your browser cache and flash cache. Another good test to try is setting your browser to "privacy mode" and then trying to access the game. If that works, then its defiantely a problem at your end.

Well what in the privacy settings do I need to change? I see nothing about "Privicy Mode"

Hi, I can't log in too, then when i tried the link from my mail. I logged on and it goes back to Level1. My last level was Level15..I'm very disappointed.

Well I did nothing on my side is just started working and seem to do the same for others, I dont think it was our side afterall

And I still did nothing, no updates no nothing and now it's not working again! I seriously doubt 2 PCs running different versions of flash is the issue.
Work PC is using the most current version since yesterday morning, all day yesterday I was playing with 0 issues all day long, this was after the latest update from Flash!
Like I said, worked all day yesterday and now again today it says old version, which rules out the flash issue atleast for my case.
Anyone got any other idea's other than clearing cashe of IE and Flash that does not invlove me having to change to other Explorer options (which I did and still got the same message)?
I know I was stupid to put real cash into rubbies, but now I feel like even more of an idiot since I cant even play the game lol

Okay ive been playing for a week or two now with no issues, this morning I get in and it says old page, update!
No updates have been done to my PC, internet connection if perfect as is my PC!
Can we assume for a sec that maybe it's not our PC!?

EVEN MY BROTHERS IN ALLIANCE EXPIRIENCE IT.
WHEN YOU WERE DISCONNECTED OR LOG OUT. IT TAKES TO MANY TRY BEFORE IT WORKS. OR EVEN SOMETIMES DOESNT WORK ON THE DAY.
IT APPEARS buffering some sharpening sword or planting trees stock up in there.or when log in appear and type my user and pasword it didnt work just hang up and wait.;(X(

so every time i start the game its slow loading and when the announcement board comes up it just fully freezes! its been like this for some time and i cant access my account!

im trying to open the game last 30 min. but it says "old version - update the page".
i did everything; clearing cache (browser and flash), reloading page and trying an other browsers. But still cant open the game!
is it about the update?

Yes. They did an update this morning, contact support if you continue to have problems.
