Topic: [77189] Missing troops in "almost" every way...

I know there has been alot of discussion and new threads about this topic. I lost troops awhile ago from the RBC King, (support did so well in resuppling my troops) But In the last 5 days, i have lost troops from attacking a RBC, attacking other player castles, and attacking bandits from the "Flat Earth" adventure.

Other than attacking I have even lost troops such as my mysteriously disapearing, RUBY bought, shadow mercenaries and most recently, transferring troops from each kingdoms...

That is 5 different things... I have sent support an email the first second i noticed my traveling knights missing... I will now have to add alot more (i'm guessing) to my tally of missing troops.

What should i even do? I'm really relying on support to help me a little.
Has these random things happen to anyone else or is it just me?

Yeah what is up with the missing troops, guess the GGS guys decided it to be some sort of balancing act.

i only lost troops after an attack to a player.. but a lot.

Yeah, I mean, over these days i think it is safe to say i've past 300... But what gets me is now im missing troops AND losing troops in multiple ways...

not happy with constantly loosing my troops - i sen them out to attack RBC and get a victory email stating i didn't lose any troops and then suddenly none of them come back. i'm sick of having to keep replacing them just for them to disappear. Needs to be fixed ASAP

PLEASE do not make more threads. You acknowledge the other threads - WHY DO YOU NOT USE THEM? This is all part of one bug, whether you lose shadow soldiers or transferred soldiers, support soldiers, special soldiers, soldiers returning from a battle, soldiers going to a battle, soldiers coming home from a treasure map battle, soldiers attacking an NPC from an event, soldiers that didn't move an inch or any other type of soldiers.

GGS did not do this on purpose. They have lost a lot of customers due to this bug. I suggest that you keep your conspiracy theories to yourself.

i have the same problem and as i understand many guys have it.....i hope that they are gonna fix this bug, cuz im still too low lvl to afford it...too expensive to lose soldiers after every 5th fight....damn.

Hey guys,

If you are sure that you have lost troops due to circumstances beyond your control (i.e. not dying in battle/starving), our Support Team will happily look into the situation for you.

Steve, I lost some troops when I had some troops enroute back to my OP and changed alliances while they were marching back to the OP. Is this a known bug in the system??

I believe you have to contact support about the looses and they will assist you.

Unless they died of starving.

I am feeding soldiers I don't have when I go to battle. The number keeps declining. Why am I feeding ghosts that cannot be used in battle?

I lost more than 800 defenders at my outposts - NOT to desertion due to lack of food NOR to a battle lost - I went from one outpost to the next to recruit and when I came back they were just GONE - I sent email to support and they reckon I could only have lost them to those two reasons in that time frame - how young and dumb do they think we players are?

Yeah, unless you have evidence, they won't refund troops.

How are we supposed to have evidence is beyond me. They aren't giving my 350 vet crossbow back, even though I have no reason to lie.. Whatever, it's the buyers who I have sympathy for on the loss front.

WHAT I just lost about 75 troops when they were staying in my outpost. they had enough food and i did not send them anywhere!!!!!!
