I am transfer 500stone from my post to my main castle, and I was waiting for that to build flour mill, and it have message said received 500stone but the amount of the stone have not increase and the return barrows was empty. I have notice that i missing resource from somewhere, but i caught this one red handed.X(?(:(

I've had this problem too ... transferring 1000 of a resource to an outpost. At first it's only one or two resources missing but last time, I sent 1000 wood and only 29 arrived? My outpost isn't miles away from my castle so what's going on with this?

I've deleted my browsing history as sometimes that seems to mess things up with market barrows with them disappearing but I've also lost market barrows as well that have not come back ...

Just lost 'another' 500 wood from 1000! This is becoming annoying!

I have had this issue too. Is this a bug? Or is it designed that a random amount of resources get pilfered or otherwise lost during transport?

I have searched elsewhere in the forum for an answer on this, and this is the only thread on this topic I've found thus far. Apologies if this is addressed elsewhere and I did not find it.

Well, I'm no expert, but I think it must be a bug because it never happened with my other outpost. I've ended up surrendering my second outpost as I just couldn't get it up and running due to the losses of resources. I find that you have to support an outpost very breifly so you have enough to build the first couple of farmhouses / quarries and woocutters... (unless you are lucky enough to have a 'shiny' outpost)...without that support my outpost ended up a complete mess ... it wasn't worth saving...

I've lost resources twice now, but not from within the same map. I lost stone transferring from everwinter to main castle. 12k stone both times (8k should have made it, 4 k for the travel cost)
