Hi "good" game empire..

I just lost 57 macemen anf 29 crossbow guys...

I'm seriously tired of this ****..

Now I've spent loads of cash in this game too... You "good" game empire people really are full of it.. "If you spend 30 minutes writing a mail, you will get your soldiers back".. SURE! Its not over a week since last time i lost my soldiers.. And now I loose them again.. And my loot btw! this is not acceptable!!

I paid real world money for a product, that does not work.. I will contact the norwegian consumer agency today! They will sort this out!

You offer me a product, and it does not work, you take money for it and the product just disappears ?!

This whole thing is corrupt

Hi 123123ABC ,

I am sorry to hear that you feel that way. I know support are doing everything they can to get everybodies troops back as quickly as possible, but with so many requests coming in it does take time to process them all. If you are no longer happy to have the troops back and would rather have the gold instead then that can be arranged as well.

We are aware that there are bugs in the game and the development team are working hard to fix them. Please to remember though that Empire is still in its Beta phase and therefore problems are to be expected from time to time.

Oh yeah? You do everyting you can? I sent a loss report last week. I checked the ticket status today and it said "we have just recieved you request" .. Really?
Yes I would like the gold instead, since I now for the secound time have used MY hard earned REAL money, to buy you PLAY money in the game.. So I dont have to sit and wait for you "customer "service" *lol*" to help me out! I have to use rubies (which i have to buy)to get the build time down, and I had no coins left, so this I also have to buy..
you know what ? I have actually spent more money on this ridicolous game than I spent on xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and other quality games..

But getting the coins back instead of soldier was a good suggestion.. Its just too bad after 7 days you still dont get this.. I cant believe that when I check the Ticket status they say "We have just received your ticket and will begin processing it shortly." - after seven days ?..

I understand your frustration, however if you had read thread already started on subject of missing troops it was stated that there was around a 10 day turn around time due to being inundated with requests, many of those requests have already been resolved.

Yeah.. I suppose I could have read more of that post..
In regards to my frustration I havent had my morning coffe yet, cause the first thing I do when I get up, Is collecting my taxes, sending my units on a new attack and build something.. But this morning this ritual got messed up =/

I got my missing troops within 48hrs. Its not like it happened once, but every time it happened they sorted out fast. Cant complaint that.
People here would need to know risk of investing RL money into game and benefits from getting this still "not done" project. I have invested little which I found fair for amount of fun and playability of this game, but I will never spend much for beta and the fact that for 5€ you can get decent MMO if needed. Not to mention single player game.

You also need to think, once it goes to "live", will you benefit from spending hundreds € spend to be average/good or even best in beta stage.

yeah
i paid for rubies so i could get travelling knights and i had tonns of other men so ihad about 800 and they all dissapeared
it won't let me constact support give me my men back!!!
