I have send a reports to support about missing troop, waited a very long time (more then 10 days) and i got this message of them:
"Thank you for your patience. We are very sorry for the late response. Unfortunately we have been receiving many tickets in the last few weeks and have not been able to answer all of the tickets individually. If you are still experiencing the same problem that you previously wrote about, please send a new ticket to support or just answer this message, restating your problem, and we will write back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience, while we work hard to correct these issues"
What the hell is happing at GGS? I have sended prints screen and everything with it!!?? Is this support? No it isn't GGS come on and pls do something about the missing troops. This is making me angry!X(
I will resend my issue / repond to my ticket, but this is not the way to get back to your players!

Hi marco37,
All you have to do is reply to them and state that you still want them replaced. Support have been getting a number of messages lately where people have sent multiple messages about the same issues and therefore have alreaday been resolved. The message you have included above is simply a way of saying if your problem has not yet been solved to let support know.

same problem!
i have lost about 1000 men and i send a support 'ticket' but it says this is a invailid email what!!!!!! i use it on all games!
i demand my men back!

Thanks for you replay. I have send a msg back, but why is support not look into it right away? Now i have to wait again for a couple of days for my troops to come back. I have send a lot of info with it (= prove) so that they could work on it and know that i am telling them the correct thinks. Well, i will wait there replay and still hoping that they will look into it.
Hope you understand that a lot of us get upset about these kind of email back when you have got a problem.

I have send a msg back, but why is support not look into it right away?
It is impossible for them to deal with all the messages straight away. They get 100's of support requests every day (not just missing troops) and are working to get through them all as quickly as possible. Unfortunately some people have sent multiple messages about the same issue and that just slows down the entire process.
I do completly understand that it is frustrating, but they are doing everything they can.

i only send 2 tickets for 2 missing troops for long time ago
i do not send any more as some 1 inform me ( forget who) they have separate team to deal with it
i read the mail, it seems some players has received their troops back
but i do not send anymore complaint on the same missing troops
but your reply ..look like ...i have to re-send those requests ...
i read their message of game again
it sounds to me, i should have new mail that problem re-appear
anyway
i test
a. i send army out, b4 they reach target, i logout, login again b4 they hit target, my army is there
b. i send army out, b4 they reach target, i logout, login again after i estimate they already get home, , my army is still there
c. i send 2 army out, after they hit target, i logout, login again when i estimate 1 army get home, both army is still there, no soldier missing
i presume the bug is already resolved
but the recent post ...sounds to me, i need to take care becos that bug is still there and my tests cannot find it

You are missing the point totally here, Marko sent a ticket saying troops missing, therefore unless the suddenly appeared out of nowhere, of course he is going to have the same problem, why cant you and goodgame understand this. We know they are busy cos it takes them forever to reply. But to reply and ask are u having the same proble, whats that about.
Instead of just knocking everyone back all the time why dont u understand whats going on!!!!!!!!

I got the exact same message.
I replied yesterday and checked the ticket status it said it "was in progress" and you will have a response soon, I thought, Men will be back soon Happy Days. Checked Ticket this morning it now says, Ticket processed and to check your inbox, well no troops returned and nothing in inbox, How do I get these back now, raise another ticket behave.
Understand they are busy, but busy doing what, people send multiple message as they take well over a week to repond to you, and then the response is are u still have problem.

I will also make a msg in the mean forum, but i have send an email to support that the problem was still there and just a few min ago i got my army back! Thank you so much for the support GGS and sending my army back
