Did the rules change or something

i have more then 20 gears on a slot so about 60 defence in total in the left side.

but when somebody attack me whit 1040 soldiers is only uses 2 per slot when it should use 4 per slot


is this a bug????

Umm i not understand do u mean:
'You have 20 gears in each flank so its 60 but when somebody attack u with 1040 soldier it use 2 tools not 4 tools"
correct me if i wrong but if that really happen maybe your opponent just use 2 wave not 4 wave and 1 tools used each flanks
