Topic: [77432] I'm not receiving a ticket number when emailing support

I sent support an email 3 times and all three time I didn't receive a ticket number emailed to me. I don't know whats going on but I want my troops back or a refund. It was going to be big battle and I was finally going to get back at him.

I sent an attack on John Heagy main castle. When it arrived it said no battle and went into ruins. On the way back to my castle my troops disappeared. I lost 585 troops and 90 tools. I want them back or refund my money.
I lost:
35 marauders
5 traveling knights
5 traveling crossbows
80 Swordsmen
50 Crossbows
50 Macemen
180 two handed swordsmen
180 Heavy Crossbows
Tools I've lost:
15 Belfry
12 heavy rams
13 siege towers
10 Iron Rams
20 battering Rams
15 Mantlets
5 banners
I had to rebuild my army to participate in the tournament. I would have gotten a lot more glory than I did. If my troops didn't disappear.

Hi Adnil328 ,

You might want to check your spam folder. I've taken a look at the message system and can see that messages have been recieved from you as well as the auto response being sent. If you have not had the auto response with the ticket number it might be getting filtered out.

I've checked my spam folder and I never received anything from support.
So are they still looking into my troops that have disappeared?
