me and my freind earned some honour but it hasnt showed up on alliance chronicle or rankings

Gaining honour doesn't show up on the chronicle - only glory does (because it affects the alliance levelling up).
Honour is automatically updated to the player. If you mean that the number on the rankings is different to the number at the player's castle, this is probably due to the rankings not updating instantly (to prevent lag).

Okay, maybe it doesn't update immediately on the members list. But it should show up automatically when you hover over one of their castles/outposts (and maybe even a capital if they own one... I'm not sure and can't be bothered to check).
