i logged in last night and all my rubies were gone... and i didnt use them

Guys seriously, there are no "ruby thieves".

If there are rubies missing from your account then contact support. It will either be that you spent them or you gave someone access to your account (against the rules) and that person spent them. They do not simply go missing.
