Hello,
I have a problem ..I just logged on a while ago and discovered I only have 226 Rubies !! Just last night I had 1,110 rubies !! WHERE DID THEY GO ! I'm so upset right now !
What do I do???

If you gave someone access to account, they probably spent them. In this case, we can't help you. Sharing your password with ANYONE is against the rules, so it's your own fault.

If you are 100% sure that you did NOT spend the rubies on ANYTHING, contact support. They can tell you what happened. In any case, I recommend changing your password in case of hackers.

No I never gave my password to anyone ! And didn't spend them on anything either !

Looks like you spent them. The records show that you purchased a ruby decoration costing 875 rubies.

Well, I diidn't spend mine!! I had over 300 last night and this morning I have only 162, plus some of my experience is also gone.

Experience cannot be lost; only gained, are you ABSOLUTELY 100% sure that you definitely did lose experience (the bar decreases and you appear to lose experience if you level up) - that means that the number of experience shown reduced (e.g. 20,000 XP --> 19,000 XP). If so, do you have screenshots of this? It may be a bug, but it's more likely you've misunderstood something.

As for the rubies - well, do you live with other people? Someone (a pranking friend/sibling, perhaps) may have logged onto your computer/laptop and spent your rubies. Or you might have misclicked on something.

I don't know if you are joking or if you even play the game. There are no buildings that give honor, experience (building by itself do give experience) or glory, and the fun thing is that no one mentioned honor in this thread beside you.

Could be you accidentally built that decoration,or one of your friends/family did it.

No decorations. No one else playing the game in my family. It happened again today--had 278 rubies, and then 32! I did upgrade a townhouse but didn't do a quick 'ruby' upgrade. The townhouse costs 200 rubies, so does the upgrade also cost that? What happened to the other 48 rubies?

You used the rubies, you didn't lost them, the upgrades of the town house also cost rubies, check what you are buying first. Maybe you should check for other things you might had bought.

No-one ever said there was. The idea was that someone else (in your family) logged onto your computer, onto your game and spent rubies on your account. Or they just spent them when you'd gone to the toilet or something.

I'm sorry, but I can't take seriously anyone who thinks paying rubies for a townhouse is a "bug". Maybe you didn't realise that decoration costs rubies. Please try and check prices before you buy things, or you'll have a very, very tough life.

1) do you even play the game??? tell me what building gives you honor or glory
2) stop using caps
3) just search her name.

Please don't bump threads.

Contact support, they can dig up records of what you spent rubies on. Sometimes you miss-click and you end up spending some rubies here and there. A real pain, but what can you do..
