When I want to attack,the systme told me that I cannot attack this castle anymore!Why so?

with the new update, you cant attack someone that's level is a certain amount lower than yours

Yeah I now that,but when I am even trying to attack not a human castle,but a piratic one,there is still a problem.Also when I want to transport so stones from my post to the castle! )

if you are moving your castle to another place then you cant attack anything or send any resources. but if you are not moving your castle then it is a bug.

Yes, in the 24 hour period when moving your castle, that castle is technically disconnected from everything in the great empire. You can, however still send resources (and maybe troops) between the empires as far as I can tell.
