This has happened to me and my alliance members numerous times. It is very frustrting. This is about my only complaint for the game.. btw this seems to happen most if you attack go offline and your troops arrive while you are offline to attack. Then you log on and they are gone. Hope this helps!

Sorry are you saying that your missing troops are returning. Or that they have not returned. If they have not returned, please email GGS Support outlining all the details.

i want a refund of all the rubies I've bought its ridiculous this and i messaged support on Sunday and they still haven't got back to me and also my castle has been moved 500 away from my outposts. ridiculous!!!!

I Just lost 165 troops on their return journey, they vanished on their way back they were a mixture of 2 handed sword and heavy cross. I attacked "castle Aragorne" from 359 454 to 399 480 the attack landed around 10.00 gmt 5th october 12.

You do know that your outposts don't move with you right? Also, did you move your castle?

In 2 weeks, I have lost 2 times of about 200 troops, 1 time of 16 twohandswardmen. 1 time lost all my lootte resource. How it can happen often like that ? Now I'm afraid in using my troops because it can dispear anytime...
I understand there can be some bugs in the game but it happens really too often.

I previously had lost 150 + 80 troops to the bug.. Contacted support n in 3 days time they returned my troops.. I sent them for an attack (220 troops) lost 15 the rest never returned to my castle.. Losing back to back.. What is going on in GGS?

Yes I did know that your out posts didn't move if you were to move your main castle. No I hadn't moved and of my castles. The attack was just the same as every other one I've made. No rhyme nor reason to it!?

It is a common bug. Try not to log out before the attack hits the target and also don't log out before it comes back safely to your castle.

i lost 33 heavy troops while attacking a robber baron castle because they did not return after a victory i would like them to be replaced as fast as possible

I have this too guys. Just contact support and they will give them back. The prevention is to leave the game on when attacking. If you log off they dissapear. Hope this helps!

yes i did no that but the thing is that i didnt move my castle rather someone has hacked me or its just moved and its gonna cost me 5000 rubies to get it back, whats the point in spending money on this game if things like this happen i would like compensation!!!

My troops never came back .
never got my loot.
i had over 200 soldiers now i have 126. this sucks.

not the best way to spend a Saturday. This may have happened before, but i caught it this time cause i don't lose when i my RBCs because i send the max amt. of troops, but ive lost nearly everything somehow. So down to the last of my troops no coins lil resources.... pls help.
