OK my game got restard from the begining i do not know why i need to know if some one can fix thatX(X(

Please make sure that you are logging in on the correct server. You play on USA 1.
Another reason may be inactivity: if you don't log in for a certain period of time (your level + 1 day), you will go to ruins and have to start again from level 1.
No-one on here can fix anything. Assuming that your point was valid, you would need to contact support to get the problem fixed.
